They save you a LOT of time, fantastic tool.
Yeah, but I think you have it set to place the screws a little too deep. They have tilted your new home to one side.

He has. I did reach out to him some time back and he says he's taking a break from photography. Seems well though, and busy.

That was a nice thing to do. You are an awesome internet friend Mark.

Good to hear he is enjoying his young adulthood.

I bet he is playing the pipes as much as he wishes too.

Thanks mate. Internet friends are real friends. It's just harder to have a beer together.

Congratulations Bob. I saw it coming up, but had to get some sleep for my day at the Big Shed.

I'll have one here, and you have one there.

But not this evening, it is a work night, and my rule is no alcohol on work nights.

Gotta be fresh and alert, you know.

But we have a three day weekend coming up, and being my birthday is this week, I'm eagerly awaiting Friday. Gonna stop at a little store on the way home that stocks many different kinds of beer, from just about everywhere, and grab me a birthday six pack.

...but this thread has nothing to do with photography. So what's his problem? Is he taking a sabbatical from the internet as well?

I always use similar protective footwear when I operate powered garden tools. We wouldn't want to be irresponsible, would we!
When working in the yard with the tractor and chainsaw it is nothing but these for me:

When I hike:

When I work at the Big Shed:

These most other times, except when we dress up and go out.

And these only in the house because the foot doctor told me I can't go barefoot anymore.

Oh, and not one pair of steel toe boots. The caps cut into the top of my feet just behind the toes when I kneel, feels like they are getting chopped off.

So not steel toe boots.

Wearing them would be like masochism.

And that ain't my style.

I'm very boring with shoes.

My everyday work shoe:

And for around the garden:

To help stop the squeaking, spray a little talcum powder between the floor and rafter before screwing it down.
