Be glad it isn't psoriatic arthritis.

Thanks Mike. For sure. Although, they only hand out alcohol free for free at the end. You have to pay for the real stuff!
Three years ago I made the mistake to sit down after the finish and could almost not get up again! Last year I was not that stupid.

Having passed 63 years last August, I can say that both of Bert's mantras are helpful for me. I won't bore all of you with the details about all that ails my aging frame, but suffice to say that pain is a daily way of life, and having the right attitude about it helps me through each and every day.

We could do with a Wikipedia article this thread

Hell yeah. It's Thursday afternoon already. If you were here, you'd need to have your turkey stuffed by now.

Maybe I should try again, call it the "WIWBAK Effect". Write a bunch of BS on social behaviour and point it to a source where I've written about this so called WIWBAK Effect, make it seem legit

Project for a rainy day.

That might work... some folks are into feet. Probably not Racer's feet - or, if we're to take him at his word (as well we might), Rob's feet either. And maybe not yours after that race, Mark Then again, they say there's someone for everyone... so maybe there's someone for every foot too.

It's late. I should definitely go to bed

Good night all...
