I'm fresh out, need to make a masked run when I'm up to it.

Sorry to hear that, Bob. Do you have any medication that helps?
Thanks. My wife has a prescription for oxy she didn't take after her surgery earlier this year, but that would be a very last resort.

Major osteoarthritis flare up in my neck. My normally limited head movement, side to side and up and down, is zero, with muscle spasms thrown in for good measure.
Tried heat, cold, massage, and muscle relaxers to no avail.
On the bright side, it does make you forget about the woes of the world.
Hey Bob, hope things start to hurt less pretty soon. I could come down and play a 'get well' tune if that would help...?

Okay, lets be fair. This is analogous to hitting someone in the head with a hammer so they'll forget about how bad their hangnail hurts.
I'm sure he's "jus tryin tuh hep"

I was going to suggest that he just chops his neck off if it was such a pain, but I figured that bagpipes were preferable to that.

I find one of these does not exert pressure on your wrists. Cheaper too with only one wheel...
But those big clown shoes must be quite expensive. Maybe you can get a real bicycle for the same price as the unicycle, the shoes and the red nose on a string?

Sorry to hear Bob. Best you steer clear of dance contests for a while.

I know how you feel Bob. I suffer from similar issues, neck, mid and low back.

I have found that consuming lots of foods rich in anti inflammatory properties helps immensely.

Mrs. Racer 2.0 went out yesterday morning to wash her car. I saw here, and went to help get the hose out from winter storage and hooked up. Next thing I knew we were finishing the last of our 4 regularly driven vehicles.

So here they are, all clean and shiny, bereft of the winter grime.

I keep my grills clean, can't remember the last time I washed my truck by hand.

All this being "teleworking" is making me want to throw some sockeye on the grill...

Usually, all of my vehicles get hand washed. The Ram is so big though, I have to use a brush on a stick for some of it, while standing on a ladder. After nearly 20 years I got it down.

The Ram and the Subaru have been hand polished and waxed more times than I can remember, the Toyota a couple of times.

The Eddie Bauer? This was the first time it got washed period since I bought it over a year ago. Took it out for a drive today with Mrs. Racer 2.0. Got some moss killer for the lawn (400lbs), some amendments for the bonsai soil I am making up, and a few miscellaneous hardware items we needed for various projects here.

The crowds were brutal. Didn't even go into Home Depot, the line went around the side to the back.

No way.

Lowes didn't have a line, but was way too busy, and didn't have everything we needed. Got some mint and lavender seeds (gonna try to repel the deer from the orchard without a physical fence this year), a hook to hang my headphones on by my desk, and four hundred pounds of moss killer.

Tractor Supply was a wasted stop.

Coastal Farm And Ranch had the sprayer parts I needed.

Co-Op Supply was another strike out.

Sunnyside Nursery had some soil building materials, and I almost bought a ficus bonsai, but decided to hold off.

ACE Hardware had the swag lamp hooks I needed, and as a bonus, a small sprinkler watering can I had been looking at. The watering can is cool, an old design and made in England.

But the drive was nice. The best part of the day. Even though the Eddie Bauer is old, and beat up, it drives and rides very nicely. Typical Ford. Cush. Quiet. Comfortable.

Powerful.

Yep.

Today was all about the drive.

So, in order from front to back:

2012 Toyota Corolla, bought new, $19,000, 70,000 miles.

2005 Subaru Legacy wagon, bought new, $20,000, 181,500 miles.

1995 Ford F150 Eddie Bauer, bought very well used and abused, $1,800, 180,000 miles.

2001 Dodge Ram Lariat 3500, bought new, $36,000, 129,500 miles.

Yes, forget them but by such an unpleasant method!

I think it would be better to have normal capacity and be fully engaged with the world.
