An amazing truth. Mrs. jac's ancestors and mine diverged tens of thousands of years ago somewhere near the Indus probably. But the gene for counter-intuitive thermo-regulation lives on in her as it does in women of Indo-European descent. If one is cold, the thermostat is turned up ten degrees in the firm belief that the boiler will heat the house faster. As I write this, Mrs. jac has opened the upstairs windows because, physics be-damned, it isn't the inordinate amount of BTU's that she added to the atmosphere in here but some aberrant, residual heat from today's sun that made the bedroom hot. Meanwhile, the five year-old came to me asking why it's cold down here in the living-room. Currently working up the nerve to ask her to shut the window.

Naw, not worth it.

Clever, very clever! We have been so focused on an assault by HOCIR on Tokyo that we didn't notice an end run thru India!!!

I did once try to explain convection currents which did result in a lot of hot air combined with a withering wifely look. I know that look. I quit. I am a quitter. I confess.

If there was some red around the eyes it would look like he had been smoking the weed, wouldn't it? The little guy needs a hociR emblem on his shirt though.

But what if the 645z has "that word" hidden on it somewhere? I'd wait for a report of a thorough hands-on examination from a trusted source.

Question - would it be too early to spawn a new thread: Why I won't buy a 645Z. Maybe invite the OP to start one? Or maybe we wait until the production model is shipping?
