That's kinda the point - why do they need a License Plate photo of people driving I-84 between Boston and New York?
Let's look out of the box. The stats tell us that a minimum of 27,000,000 people have no intention of staying in Conneticut. And the state Fathers want to know who they are.

Well then I guess Angela Merkel shouldn't be so upset that President Obama wants to know who she's talking to when he's not home.

In Connecticut they take a photograph of the License Plate of every passing car at certain places. They retain over 30,000,000 of these in their database.

What on earth do they need 30,000,000 License Plate photos for?

Are they possibly looking for violators of CCK without a permit Laws?*

* Carrying a concealed hociR K-3 with intent to photograph . . . . . . back.
You'd be surprised who is taking photos of license plates, all over the world.

But they aren't using a K3 though.

Good idea ... and maybe everyone here should have a "code name"?!

That way our identities will be protected from the possible wrath of hociR ...

I want to be the photog formerly known as Joel. I'll pick some weird symbol for my new name that nobody will understand. It will be awesome!

(not a political statement)HEALTH WARNING! For those of us in the U.S., the next 24 hours is going to be hell! Don't answer the phone or door! Don't watch commercials! And keep your head down!! This will all pass and Wednesday you can resume your life! So lets all be careful out there! Don't want to lose anybody!
