No, too far North.

But we had them when my family lived in Norfolk, Virginia. I was 8 years old. All the kids I played with called them "Writing Spiders" for the squiggly line they made in the center of their web.

And I saw them down in South Carolina when I was driving trucks over the past 5 years. Here is one in the backseat of a friend's car:
Time for 5 gallons of gasoline and a match.

so, I've been lying in hospital here for a week while they try to figure out what's wrong with me. Fever, pounding headache first thing in the morning, been going on for two weeks now. Have had ct scans, ultrasound and enough blood tests to start my own blood bank. Very frustrating.

Maybe the K-3 girls coloring contest will help?

Welcome back Mark.
You are a few pages behind. Catching up probably won't help the headaches though. I think we can grant you some leave.

If you are going to start your own blood bank I suggest you have a look at the video of Tony Hancock's "The Blood Donor"

Try to teach the natives some proper BBQ technique, there is more to cooking than just the smoked white-fish

Nothing for and hour and a half:
Lawns are mown, edges trimmed, Australia are batting again 1/139 after India got 444. Australia lead by 212 with a day and one session to go.

All that mowing! My maths has disappeared - make that 2 hours and forty-something minutes
