The snow is enough that it is even on the news here. I suppose that is what you get with some odd news day. We had a public holiday yesterday which produced some bizarre news - but that is politics.

And there were some famous people playing tennis games in Melbourne. Some won and some lost.

I did some work around the house. Then my friend the GP asked me to go around to his place and hang a picture.

Seems they got some snow on the west coast this side of the Atlantic, too.

By the time they decided to reopen the road over the mountain they had to clear some 6m (20ft) of it. Sounds like an "interesting" job.

Don't think that we'll see any **** in Poitiers this year. Too warm, too bad.

It causes a good bit of havoc when it happens, but never lasts more than a day or two, at the most.

It's nice to have a white scenery once and a while ... You guys are lucky.

You are right. I should not make blanket statements. So I will happily pull my foot out and amend my last post.

Not for 7 months of the year.

Granted this winter in Alberta, Canada has been incredibly mild. We are getting + Celsius temperatures in January...usually it's minus 30 Celsius here around this time...

You would think it would make shooting every day a blast... but the trails are iced over making them very dangerous to traverse with a camera and a model. And then there is the fact everythings melting and turning brown. Still making the most of it though!

Marry me! Unless you want to live in snow, then ugh, snow.

Easy - use crampons. Then try to convince your model to wear them during the photo shoot

Crampons are the new stilettos.

I know that they can't spell, but do they get ticked off by correct spelling, too? I wouldn't think they'd notice, really, not knowing what's correct in the first place.
The only word I really insist fer'neurs misspell is whinging.
