Pentax is doomed if it/they makes/make a/an FF soon.

Also if they don't.

Sorry, being on the west coast I am at a geographical or maybe timeological disadvantage. Or maybe I just slept in, who knows?

And I expected this thread to be about the K3 ??
What a mistake-a to make-a (for all 'allo 'allo fans)
British sense of humour and grammar.

Yep. According to the OP in his first (and only) post in this thread:

The OP of this thread says Ricoh shot themselves in the foot. Anybody else see the irony here?

Once you start discussing grammar, you know the thread has lost it's power and is slowly dying out. The minutiae of the language has overpowered the force of the idea they express. And the force of the minutiae of the language is minuscule on it's own. I predict the thread will die in about 5 more pages.
This thread is doomed!

What were they shooting, APS-C or FF?

(You know, I've been going through old film and noticing how often the 00 frame is my shoes. I need to do a collection and call it "shooting myself in the foot".)

Well, in that spirit..............

I hope Pentax makes a full frame soon so people can take pictures with zero DOF. (Yes, makes, not make.)
And I hope (the folks at) Pentax make one soon. (You didn't think I was going to let you get the last word did you?)

Maybe the problem is that they all share the same foot. Or maybe they all stood in a twelve inch space while they were shot?

I've done that from time to time, it might be a topic for a thread of it's own. People with foot fetishes everywhere would thank you for starting it.

Ricoh

Just upgraded to the k-3- Its a beautiful piece of work- Given the fears that Hoya would take Pentax down, I am delighted to see Ricoh on the LCD. They seem commited to all that made Pentax a great photographers camera. I love the product and they deserve to be recognized for that.

My 2 cents

Steve

You didn't ban him from the thread, because he's a rookie, and doesn't understand how this works yet, i.e. you never post anything related to what the OP posted.?
You're a good man.

… welcome Steve…
