And there you have it folks: 1,000 posts on why no one would want to buy a k-3!
Technically, just prior to yours, there was 1 post about why no one would want to buy a K-3 and 999 poking fun at that one.

This might be too serious for this thread but I bought a film camera kit at a garage sale (for the lens) and on the back of the camera was taped a neatly hand lettered cheat sheet with the settings to be used in different light. It was a sobering moment of looking into the thinking of the previous owner.
Time was I used those graphics on the inside of the film box. There was a TLR (forget the make) that had the same graphics on the back.

To be fair, there were a few posts more or less agreeing with the OP.
They did however get well and truly buried under a mountain of logic and humour. (and cheese....)

The humor and cheese I can agree with but that mountain of logic part is just plain delusional.

I decided to provide some statistics for the breakdown of types of comments in this thread.

OP and subsequent comments from OP 0.1% (That's 1 post /1000 total posts, multiplied by 100)
Agreeing with OP 2%
Citing other reasons for not buying a K3 0.5%
Disagreeing with OP and/or other reasons for not buying a K3 8%
Humour relating to the OP or other reasons for not buying a K3 24.4%
General Humour including cheese, sandwich and bacon related posts 65%

It's possible that I made these up......
(except for the first one, that's actually approximately correct, but will become less so as the total number of posts continues to increase)

It could be argued that you're using the term "humour" rather loosely

But that excludes those having cheese based humor at the expense of the op! Surely they are not mutually exclusive

I don't want to have to segregate my sarcasm

So, since the K-3 has the bacon, buying one is technically bringing home the bacon... But here's my concern, is pixie dust good on bacon?

Or a 15mm lens and a death wish.
