Actually it is a Sanger.


Egg & Cheese Scrambled Sanger

Ingredients.

Cooking Oil Spray
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Corn kernels
Chopped Chives
2 slices wholegrain bread - toasted
Spreadable Cream Cheese


Method

Spray a small frying pan with oil & heat to medium
Mix together Egg, Corn & Chives - cook until scrambled
Spread a slice of toast with cream cheese, top with egg mixture & cover with the other slice of toast.
Eat

I think I might substitute bacon grease for the cooking spray though.

It should be batter-dipped, then deep-fried - in lard.

I used to joke that at the NC Fair (famous for deep-fat-frying anything) they would deep-fat-fry a stick of butter - and serve with mayo. Turns out someone actually does.

Yep. In Nort (no, that isn't a typo) Dakota it would be a grilled lutafisk and cheese sandwich, dontcha know.

The Iowa State Fair is famous for anything on a stick! The best is a bacon wrapped double dipped foot long corn dog!!!! Yum!!!
