Maybe this thread is Lost. I won't buy a K3 today because I am broke and may find myself living under the I394 overpass and wondering why I cannot have a K3.

I am broke from buying three Ltd primes in one month. Plus a Sigma 1.4 50mm. I am doomed but I may get the shot from under the bridge that is on the cover of The Rolling Stone. Then I will be rich and buy a K3. I need all of you to come to the bridge overpass and look like depraved and homeless folks, like me.

And that is why I won't buy a K3.

I just finished an enchilada smothered in pepper jack cheese. It was SO good that I will NOT buy a K-3 whatever-it-is. At least for today.

Also, it's not Spring yet. When Spring comes, I might need a K-3 thingy to help in the garden. I've read on the Internet that it's useful for that. Those Internet people know, or so I read on the Internet. Oh, I'm not growing cheese in the garden. Peppers, yes. For enchiladas.

I had perogies and cheese for supper. They were very good.

I won't buy a K-3 this year - cos I bought one last year and spent 5 weeks in hospital just after i bought it and the two must have been related. I mean it's just as plausible as the reason the quacks gave me. If it works for them it works for me .

Boing. Wrong. Polar bears hunt from the ice and only go begging in towns (for igunaq, a cheese-tasting treat) when there is NO ice on the ocean.
What is "Igunaq?"

I am ignorant and that is why I won't buy a K3.

Until later . . .

If it is on the Internet it must be true. Right?

It is a Pentax film camera made in the 1970s. Ricoh made one with similar capabilities which I already own and that is why I won't buy a K-3 or a K2.

Around here k-2 is tree leaves ground up, sprayed with poisonous chemicals, and sold to idiot dopers to smoke! Then they die and cannot ever buy a K-3!!

Thank goodness I finally got the driveway snowblowed 15 minutes at a time so I can go to work tomorrow and do something other than read this crazy thread. Three solid days in an armchair, under a lap blanket looking at laptop except to eat and throw another log on the fire is just too much. It's actually enough to make me go buy a K3 just to break the obsession.

Steve, my last film camera was a Yashica FRII. I shot hundreds of film shots of my two daughters. Prints remain but no digital record other than my scanning efforts. Loved my Yashica and wore it out to the point that duct tape secured the AV selection. ISO selection was also broken. Nice kit lens, though.

So that is why I won't buy a K3. Maybe the mode dial on my Yashica FR will heal itself. And Wombats will rule.

Anyone, what is a "wombat?"

Breakfast for an Australian Shepherd. The dogs keep the wombat population at bay lest they increase in number and escape to mount a frontal assault on Tokyo.

You lose. You will now have to start at the beginning again. Like snakes and ladders or, as it is known in this thread, bacon and cheese (string cheese of course). We should be around the 3K mark by the time you get back here.
