I don't know about that. Tomorrow I'm going outside to play with my camera-not-to-be-named-on-this-thread and my legacy lenses. Given what I'm reading from people on the other threads she may be too good for me.

Pretty quiet here...

Tonight's dinner plan is for Philly cheese-steak. Cant wait.
An other reason not to get the K3: don`t want all the steak and sauteed pepper juice and melted cheese to ruin it.

I have been out happily snapping pictures with my K-x this morning. I didn't think I would find much, as drab as these winter days can be, but there is always something out there that needs it's picture taken. My K-x is the perfect size and weight for me and performs faithfully. That is why I will not by a K-3... Yet.
By the way, on my way to the park I ate an apple an cheddar cheese.

That K-3 is going to feel as heavy as a rock in your hand after a K-x... that's why you shouldn't buy a K-3.
I hope you got the extra old cheddar cheese, now that's cheese.

Exactly. My K-x feels like it was made for me. And the cheddar came out of one of those cheese and sausage gift sets. Nothing fancy, but it was good.

Went out this morning and the ski doo wouldn't start; frozen starter which never happens. Took the car. Managed two shots and changed location. Got the undercarriage hung-up on a drift so small both bumpers were clear of it but ...
Walked a mile back to town and flagged down a loader. Drove back to the car, hanging onto the driver's steps, missed the last step climbing off and landed on my non-titanium hip. Sore and bruised. Shook up the titanium hip. Sore and aching. Coupled with the bruised rib from last weekend when my tripod attacked me for no valid reason. But the car is back home and my dear wife had bacon ready for me.
I'm sure there is no connection between the nameless 24 megapixel camera I'm using and these disasters, aren't I? Well, aren't I??
Home-made pizza tonight with mozzarella, parmesan and more bacon! (Maybe I'll take the K5 tomorrow, just to be safe.)

How do you make those? That precut meat or from scratch cutting your own meat?

We are lazy, so use pre-cut. Salt, pepper and garlic-powder to taste and sear in a hot pan, without over-cooking the meat.

p.s. Note to self: buy more black tape!

:BUMP:

Damn. Snow is harder to meter than I thought.

There should be a fast food chain that features a cheese sandwich. All this beef is unappealing and chicken just isn't enough of a diversion.

OK ... if we're into images now ... well, a K-3 would never look this good with cheese ... it has that weird "bump/hump" thingy just below the dial ...
