Yup. Best food in the world next to quail pullets harvested from Peterbilt grills.

Not to go off topic (apologizes to the OP) but I was sitting here gobbling blue cheese imported from Denmark and became inspired. Self, I said, what would happen if I had to fly over to Denmark to pick up some more and wanted to pick up a K3. Voila! For a mere 9,999 DKK (1,928.39 CAD, pre-VAT), I can pick-up a body-only from PIXmania. What a deal!
Not enough cash right now but I'm hoping to smuggle in some Canadian bacon and sun-dried possum pelts to trade and make up the difference. Or, another reason not to buy a K3.
After I looked at your location photos, what size aircraft flies into your airport? More importantly will the K-3 be shipped via the northwest passage?

Dash 8's, ATR's, Hercules if necessary. Twin Otters, Single Otters, Divorced Otters and the occasional Snow Goose. Daily flights from the first two, weather permitting. And Cormorants. But the new A350 Airbus was all-weather testing in Iqaluit last week.
To my knowledge, I'm the only Pentaxian on Baffin Island so we don't need too many shipments. Carrier pigeons could handle the traffic in Pentax gear. Or a team of possums pulling a small kamotik. Which is why sales of K3's are pretty slow up here.

edit: K3 is not rated for smoke ingress if placed in a traditional Finnish "Smoke Sauna". therefore I will not buy it in the near future.

Yeah, looks like you got a lot more ice than we did. We got about 3" of snow, with some ice underneath. The last half-mile driving home last night was slick as bacon grease.

Edit: not as much as I thought, but twice as much at home as at work, just a few miles away.

Or sparrows taken from the grilles of Junkliners.

Paying for the damage keeps my K3 kitty too low to buy one!

A word of warning: Just now this thread was down to #4 in the K-3 forum. We're slouching!

And the "K-3 sample shots" thread is only two likes behind. Pentax is doomed!

The position on the page is only due to last post time. Everything trades off there.
By post count, the other threads have as much chance of catching this one as Wile E. Coyote has of catching the Road Runner. We're still averaging better than 1000 per month since the OP.
Likes are another matter; that could go either way. (We'll just ignore the likes to post ratio issue........)

I won't buy a K-3 because my K-5IIs arrived yesterday.

Am I the only one always rooting for Wile E? Always get disappointed too

(And you Aussies can stop snickering now!)
