Not to throw water on the bad drivers all come from _______, but stupid is pretty much universal!!! We have plenty of gas gunning brake slamming mental midgets here also!!! You just don't see it on the national news because it is just more entertaining when it's in the south!! Maybe latent hostility over that secessionist misunderstanding from before! Here needless to say, the favorite movie during a storm is Dances With Guardrails!

We get that all the time up in the Pacific Northwet. It rains. Then it freezes before the rain dries out.
