I might post some in here. The forum at large scares me.

Me too. I post mostly in existing theme threads, though - less intimidating that way

Me, too, but I really do not have enough time nor care about the BIG forum ... "Alphabet Race", "I Spy", "Scavenger Hunt" ... plus lens threads ... like "Soviet" lens, etc ... a small group of regulars makes things fun, easy and stress-free ... come join us ... J

That "building" is a very dirty looking dumpster.
The building in the background on our left looks like it has people on the roof. Looks like more than just spiked punch going around in that photo too!!

Now you guys have done it. I may never leave the house again for fear of beavers lunging for my femoral artery.

Steve
Solution = Scotch tape or sew "RICOH" on the inside seams of your pant legs ... that will keep'em away.

Just don't expose your groin to lunging beavers.

Parallax, did you take your name from Green Lantern?

No, it's metaphor for the actual meaning of parallax.(an object viewed along two different lines of sight has a different apparent position relative to other objects). Well, things viewed from the head and from the heart appear different. The same for left brain/right brain, etc. It's more of a reminder to myself that if you split the difference between two different viewpoints right down the middle, you'll usually get pretty close to reality.

Chevre is French for goat. Chevre is also the trade name for cheese made from goat milk. This is all the fault of Hocir!
