Not me! I simply can't afford one. At least not until it ends up in the clearance rack...

Aha, so your resolution is wavering!

Oh well, my main (or only) reason not to buy a K-3 is really that my K-5 is too good to be replaced. And no, I'm not going to use two bodies - it's too much to lug around.

And as there is no next "big trip" planned yet I can stick to my story for a while longer

There are no more "must have" lenses for me at the moment, at least not for travelling, so that won't be a reason for me. There's an endless supply of "would like" lenses, but that's another story!

Same here ... plus I still have 19 months of extended warranty left on my K-5 ... like I said before, "100,000 clicks, here we come ..." Sigh, I gotta get cracking, because I am only at about 29K now ... J

Hey, rise and shine! I might buy a K-3 if the only thing in this thread is the echoing steps of hociR!

I might even duct tape out the letters on the front!
On the front?

Oh the shame!

Drying out? Do you need some personal lubricant?

I'm not even close to that! I shoot the most when on holiday. And since photography never is my main reason for going somewhere I don't come back with tens of thousands pictures. I want to see things "for real", not only through the VF

I suppose I still have some "film" restraint left in my trigger finger as well

I doubt my K-5 will see 100,000 clicks in my hands. I know I will cave in and get something with dual card slots sooner or later...

Somehow, I have managed to put 9k+ on my K-5ii since I got it. In December... I calculate about 22 months to hit 100k. By which time, the K-3 might be on clearance. Maybe.

I'm at a bit more, but have had mine for almost 3 years... So I should have another 22 years to go!

Yes, and I think his screen name is "the displacement or difference in the apparent position of an object viewed along two different lines of sight", and he is measured by the angle or semi-angle of inclination between those two lines

And I said nothing of threesomes, so I'm not the one who should be banned from the forums
