Yes, centre. And I'm definitely in the room! Just ask my wife. She's never wrong.
I see your wife, but you are curiously not here.

I cannot say I blame ya, not much to see or do in Manteca. Although it is close to everything. I am within two hours drive of almost anything I would like to see/photograph.

Can't argue with you there. I love Sonora, Hetch Hetchy, and, of course, Yosemite and that is just looking east.

I had an excellent breakfast in Manteca this last Spring...Black Bear Diner...

Those things are everywhere, although I have not tried it. Everyone tells me the food is great so I guess I need to Buck up and go sometime.

The food out here does not compare to good southern cooking so my standards are high unfortunately.

Pretty much.

There are some variables.

Body fat, it is stored there.

Frequency of use.

Metabolism.

Still, not worth the risk of losing one's ability to be gainfully employed.

Or get on the wrong side of hociR.

Exactly. I rarely take anything stronger than Tylenol or Motrin. And if I do, it's never within 24 hours of needing to be at work.
