"All y'all" is the plural of "y'all", in propah Suthun speakin'. Dontchaknow.
Y'all'uns must be a regional slang.

Almost a five hour drive E/SE from Poitiers ... the in-laws live at Clermont-Ferrand (home of Michelin) which is not far away from there. The "Vichy" regime of the WWII era can still be a sensitive subject here ... but, Vichy table clothes are "OK". J
