No. I am not.

It turns out the patient actually did have Bell's palsy, which causes partial facial paralysis, usually temporary. Bell's palsy is not an emergency but because we teach the masses about facial droop as one sign of a stroke, we do see a lot of TIAs & Bell's palsy in the ER.
