Wow what a coincident exactly what I;m having today

white sandwich, Tuna and salad

Sans the bread , Fish and greens
When I'm working I have to get creative to avoid the junk food garbage. My latest solution has been grabbing a bunch of ciabatta rolls, caned tuna, celery, scallions, sweet relish, mayo, and dijon mustard. I whip up a bowl full of the tuna salad goodness, and each day for lunch I have a tuna sammich and some frosty cold milk.

After a while that will get old and I'll need to get creative and change it up a bit.

Flour tortillas instead f the ciabatta, and have wraps for a few weeks.

Sometimes I just grab a sack of beef and bean burritos and stick them in the freezer.

Since there isn't as much room as the refrigerator at home I have to keep things simple.

Not even room for hociR.

Clearly, you know nothing about how to make a proper tuna sammich. Your ingredient list does not include garlc or onions.

And like I said, not a lot of room.

What you need is a supply of bacon cooked and bagged up so you have something tasty for those long hauls. Couple pieces here and there with your sandwiches will keep a smile on your face! It will also keep your mind off the hippie nut jobs in the Prius, that flipped you off because they believe Monstro is the evil fossil fuel destroyer of the enviroment!! They not realizing that your vehicle has better economy per pound than their clown car has!! Take that hociR!!!

Yep. I get the microwaveable stuff. But right now I am on a Bacon Sabbatical. Everything needs a rest now and then. Perhaps next month it will be BLT sammiches for lunch again.

Mmmmmmmm . . . . . . . . tasty!

Don't I know it.

In fact just the other day I was rolling across the Show Me State, not far from Boonville, and came upon an accident. There had been a short rain storm and for some odd reason the 4-wheelers don't know when to dial it back a notch. One of them had somehow lost control (probably had the cruise control on) and wound up tangled up in those cables they put in the median to prevent crossover to the oncoming side.

There were about a half dozen emergency vehicles in the Hammer Lane, and traffic was (mostly) moved to the Granny Lane and (again mostly) slowed down.

Now I am under another oversize load, so I need a little extra room. I'm slowed way down and watching the approaching traffic also slowing down and merging over.

Well almost.

Along comes Mr. Hippie Nut Job in his "I'm Gonna Save The Freakin' Planet In My Prius Even Though I Am Driving At Warp Speed" Toyota Prius. This Mensa Member is going at least 80.

There is a fireman walking along laying out flares.

There are lots of First Responders out doing their thing, their fragile human bodies ripe for smashing with the Planet Saving Prius.

Since my load is wider than the lane I am in it projects into the other lane.

I can see that Mr. Hippie Nut Job is not gonna slow down and get over into the giant space behind me. No, like so many people out there, Mr. Hippie Nut Job cannot be bothered with having to slow down and drive slowly and cautiously past the scene of Death and Destruction.

I move over some to kinda block this Idiot and get him to slow down for the safety of those First Responders whose fragile human shells are no match for the I'm Gonna Save The Freakin' Planet In My Prius Even Though I Am Driving At Warp Speed Toyota Prius.

What does this Moron do?

You guessed it.

He actually drives onto the shoulder to go around me, almost hitting the fireman who is setting out flares.

And then Mr. Hippie Nut Job rolls down his window and reaches out his spindly little arm and flips me off. He then continues until he is almost running into the back of an aid car and cuts in front of another truck.

What really sucks is that the Show Me State Highway Patrol officers on the scene were preoccupied with the people who wrapped their car up with a few hundred feet of cable, and did not witness this Jerk's display of Planet Saving Driving Skills.

Or that by cutting in front of me and then dynamiting their brakes they risk being permanently entombed in their Planet Saving Crackerbox.

There is something about the physics involved when 40 tons meets 2 tons that some people fail to grasp.

And it is times like this that make me wish it would be OK to just let Monstro squash them like the annoying insects that they are.

Of course a K3 would be of little use in this situation.

Another rule is don't lock horns with a vehicle that can destroy you and drive away! Duh!

We're going to make 10,000 if I have to make all of the next 1,558 posts myself. This thread shall not perish!

I know I am tainted, but please don't squish me!

I am paying the price however. The dread hociR has restricted the flow of DA 50/1.8 and the full value of my package is unfulfilled.

I thought Tricky Dick and J. Edgar had dealt with those hordes. But all these years they've been hiding in plain sight in Missouri.
