More "Gene" with a rumor scoop to boot ... the revealing of the "Family Friendly" hociR R&D area ... Oompa Loompa !!!

I don't drive a Prius, but I thought that thing was weighed down by some battery pack? Should give it some weight in a crash, shouldn't it? Or maybe not... It's just a hybrid, after all, not a two tonne battery pack like the Tesla Model S.

The Tesla has been the most sold car in Norway the last few months, btw. Seems everybody wants one. It outsells the K-3 by quite a lot. which tells me the K-3 needs a much bigger battery. A full frame battery, I'd say.

Which it hasn't.

And that's why I won't buy a K-3.

I'll volunteer to take the Tesla out on the track and do a performance test <grin> I would take one of those in a heartbeat, way better than a K-3!

Ok so maybe my comments about Prius drivers over did it, I am sorry! Do be aware I have friends with apposing "world views" and we have a rousing good time making fun of each other! So that's where I'm coming from just a little fun. Although if you want a car with better economy, reliability, and price go VW.
Gene Wilder is also my favorite Willie Wonka!!!
Now Back to dinner!!

Joel, I hope you're sitting down. I'm going to say something that may come as a shock to not just you, but many participants of this thread.
Okay, here goes.
There are threads/forums/topics on pentaxforums.com besides "why I won't buy a K -3."
I know, I know, hard to accept and/or believe, but it's true.

Wait...are you sure about this.
I tried and looked, most of them seem to be Copy/Paste from several years/tears ago. With minimal new content. Just a bunch of new members too lazy to figure it out for them self's.
Cheers.

edit: I will not buy a k3 just so I can coach a newbie, too lazy, to figure out how to use it.

Probably a lurker. From the context above, he seems to be promoting that infamous photocopier company's product. I'd like to see him try that in Tokyo as it sinks into oblivion.

Not to mess with the current trend of the thread but I have to post this:
My son's school project.

Better photos coming. He redid the front end for our friend cause it was all busted up
