I've been in absentia for a while due to IRL issues. I need someone to help me though, so I thought I'd ask here in my "neighborhood bar" thread. I have some raw files that I need help with. I need them to be the best that they can be before I take them for printing.

That's a bug. Bugs get squished. Usually accompanied by a LOT of high pitched shrieking.

---------- Post added 11-22-14 at 08:23 AM ----------

And geebus help us all if said bug happens to be a spider. Alyssa will run, panicked, screaming for her brother Daniel. Who will come, look at this "enormous" spider his sister is having a panic attack about, declare it to be tiny, and dispose of it for her. (Relocation or squishing) I honestly don't know how that boy keeps a straight face while she hyperventilates.

Lol! Sorry, but I can't. I do need help though. Are any of you guys good at processing snapshots of people? There's a reason I'm asking & that I'm asking here instead of elsewhere.

Basically, I have the raw files of a couple shots from Christmas (2013) that I NEED someone who can do better than the "auto" button that I can manage. I need to be able to both crop & still print fairly large, like 11*14.

---------- Post added 11-22-14 at 11:26 PM ----------

I was playing with the camera, flash, reflector, etc. So, I do have raw files available.

---------- Post added 11-22-14 at 11:27 PM ----------

I'm on my phone at the moment, but I could email someone the files I'm taking about & give a more detailed explanation.

The Netherlands is flat as a friggin pancake, and it was expensive coming here. That's why I won't buy another K3.

As I understand it, that is a bit of an exaggeration: there are dikes (dykes?, nah, I think dikes) and ditches which must mean NL is not exactly flat.

Rense has photos showing hills (SE of country?), so it is not completely flat. If you need to get higher, there are shops in Amsterdam that can help with that.
