Bill Gates decided to inflict some updates on my computer and they failed. After 10 hours attempting to install update 10 of 25 (see how many mistakes and errors he found in one batch) I had to turn off the machine and do a restore.

Sorry to read this. There is a solution to the failed update problem that involves a utility program. I had to use it back in August. You run the utility and manually retry the update.

He isn't French. He is just hiding there claiming marriage as an excuse.

They're Belgian. M. Poitier has no power over Belgian women. Obviously, he has little power over petite French women.

The winds are now over 85 kliks and I can't even go out of the house without climbing a drift. Mrs. jac, who is four foot nine something and weighs less than one of my tripods, was blown away in one gust and we probably won't see her again until the Spring melt in mid-July.
That might just be a good thing.......

Nope, I don't know. Please explain in twenty-five words or less.
I kinda left it so everyone could use their own descriptive word... and not get benched for two weeks.

Alright, I put on my armour, grabbed my shield, visor is down, I've braced myself - I'm ready to say it:

I love hociR!

They've taken our beloved child Pentax out of an environment of abuse and maltreatment that was the Hoya family, they have continued its traditions, they are increasing their market share and working on what so many of us have longed for - the unicorn of photography, the Pentax FF.

If a small logotype on the back of the body is what it takes, it's a price I'm gladly paying!
