You're from Trønderlag? But yeah, it's nice on waffles - but half melted brunost is incredibly heavy stuff, can't eat much of it! I like it on knekkebrød as well.
Come to think of it, brunost might be well suited to cover up the mark of the hociR. The downside would be the questions. Like "why have you smeared poo on your camera?"
Then again one could always reply "To make it more like a Canon."
