As thin as Rupert's TP is, it was obviously pilfered, most likely from a Mexican restaurant.

Hah Hah - YES. But IFFFFF there's a spare roll in there it is behind the drain trap at the farthest corner, in the back, behind the myriad cleaners and solvents and other sanitary items. Meaning in order to obtain a good purchase on said spare roll I actually have to carefully stand up in a very contorted position . . . . . .

After which I rather pointedly leave the new roll sitting on the corner of the sink.

Another thought, and I may just do this. Put some sort of hangar on the inside of the cabinet door. That way, when you swing the door open, the roll swings to you. When closed, the roll hangs over the cleaners. Maybe the hangar from a hat rack, or 6" of 1/2" dowel rod drilled and glued to the door. Maybe I am overthinking this.

There are worse things....an infestation of mini-squirrels can be worse than bedbugs! Hanging under attracts squirrels.....they are certain that it is a sign there is a nut in the house!

I'll take a mini-squirrel over a spider any day! Btw, I'm on the over team.

My wife has a simple solution with a spare roll.

We're over the top people too.
No cats here, but when Brooke the lab was a puppy she would unroll and eat the paper.
I absolutely cannot believe Brooke's angelic face would ever be up to mischief! She looks just like my Juneau!

I had a pup once that loved unrolling toilet paper. We were in the living room once, and here she comes from the other end of the house with the toilet paper unrolling as fast as she ran! It was all over the house, & never broke apart once. We laughed till we had tears!

My Miss Juneau had a very busy night when she was a pup. I had just started letting her sleep outside of her crate, and one morning I got up and she had chewed about an 8" area out of a circular throw rug! Guess she didn't like the design.

BTW, yes I'm one of those "over the top" for TP.

Everyone knows old Rupert has a clean mind and only those without the same would ever think otherwise.....you should know that by now Mag!
Otis...well, he gets by with it because he's a damn squirrel and for some unknown reason, he gets by with a ton of stuff under the guise of being an "Art Critic". None of it makes any sense to me...except the part about my clean mind!

Regards!

Don't worry, I'll get the down and dirty on Rupert when Otis takes me to dinner.
