But... But I'm not just! What should I call you, then?

I'm east of the Mississippi, btw. About 7000 km east.

Welcome. I see from your profile your hobbies are photography and guns. Some of us here have the same interest. Heck, I think between the two of us, Racer and I might have a half dozen or so guns.

Then you two might enjoy this - it's pointless, but somehow hilarious:

At one point I owned over 70 firearms. But I have drastically thinned the herd as I near retirement. As it turned out they were a pretty good investment. I really like old long barrel rifles. In fact, selling off my collection has allowed me to get involved in digital photography without hitting my savings. Now, I shoot mainly shotguns as sporting clays is a great way to get some exercise. Nice walk punctuated by being able to blast the heck (keeping it nice as this is a family site) out of clay disks. I always feel less stressed after shooting clays for some odd reason. PULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not one of mine are long guns, though I've always thought that I might enjoy Sporting Clays.

Yeah....Guns , Fishing , and Pentax's....lol. They all go together really well. I seem to be occupied with the .45 caliber variety at the moment. 45-70 Govt , .45 colt , .45Auto......just about anything that has 45 in the title somewhere. Ya never know when a good .45 could come in handy for fishing too ? I call em "Flying Pancakes"........Oooohh....that reminds me of Food !
