So a tidbit of useless information I found while trolling the interwebs.
And that has me so enthralled with the thought of that many people in the air.

I remember flying on 737's quite frequently in the 1980's. One particular pilot I flew with liked to test the 737's landing capabilities at a short airfield. I never knew 737's could land and stop so quickly. On a 3000m runway he'd land and pull a stop at the halfway mark for a quick turn in to the gate. Aparently the specs say they need 1710m on a dry runway. He did it several times in less than 1500m. 747-400's are still my favourite airplane. Pre 9/11 I even had the pleasure of flying in the cockpit once.

I prefer the 380 to the 747-400, so quiet and higher pressure makes you feel better.

Many things can be killed with fire, but not this thread. It has proven itself totally flame resistant. In fact, when you look up asbestos in the dictionary, it just points here.

If this thread is asbestos, then we are all doomed.

If that be the case, I think we may already be in the realm of the damned.

That costume is perfect except for one thing. They didn't do her hands and it totally wrecks the illusion to see normal hands and the made up face. Otherwise, cool... grin....
