My understanding is that VooDoo has a booth at those events.

Voodoo Doughnut - The Magic is in the Hole!

They've made possible private education for lots of doctors' kids ... hope those stands are for a peppercorn rent.

I like a Guiness every now and then, but it's a poor substitute for a good twangy IPA.

Agreed. A Guiness after a toptour or long run (or just a very long day at work) beats pretty much everything else. But you'd be hard pressed to find a day where I wouldn't happily sit down with my feet up and a few bottles of IPA.

10 Extra gallons of fuel for the generator
I see you have been buying the short gallons. Where I am from two 20 lt cans can only hold 8.9 gallons because we used real gallons, not gallons with bigger numbers to give the illusion that you were getting more. All a bit like the person in the green grocers who weighs the fruit and leaves their finger on the scale while the weighing happens. (Apparently that has been illegal for a long time.)

I see you need a bottle opener for that. Most of our brands come with a different cap which can be screed off by hand, but is not resealable (why would you want that?). Makes it much more convenient. How would you be not being able to open the beer because of the misfortune of mislaying the tool?

I fear I may have come to a land, the home of the pint, where bottle openers are needed.

There is no such thing as not being able to open it, just because the bottle-opener got misplaced...thirsty minds can be creative
