I've eaten many a Spam and Velveeta sandwich, a real hunger quencher and gourmet delight, missed by many all because of a few (hundred) unknown parts in the ingredient list. If it tastes good, and it does, you don't worry about the parts, you just eat it....eventually it is all going to end up in a nasty place anyhow, so why worry?

Not for those of us that live here in the Northwest. Here in Washington there is persistent talk about joining up with British Columbia to form a new country of like-minded peoples. In Oregon they keep talking about Ecotopia and the folk in Southern Oregon want a new state of their own (Jefferson) to also include a collection of rural counties in Northern California, but would be just as happy with a new country of the same name.
