Half litres? Lucky bastards. Around here everybody seems to serve .4 litre glasses - at half litre prices, of course.

Don't you just hate when that happens??

Jalapeņos aren't my favourite pepper either. Too acidic.

Oh, and vinegar belongs in the culinary world about as much as sulfuric acid does. Truly stuff of the hociR's making
I must differ on the vinegar. I like pickled stuff. Recently I saw pickled eggs, some kind of medieval dish, and felt nervous to try them. Then I though, I eat the black Chinese eggs and I like pickled stuff. Ao I gave it a try. Actually tastes like boiled eggs with a little vinegar. Next I need a recipe to try making some myself. I will try that next weekend after my pots and pans arrive.

Make sure you do them right, or they might do you in.

In pre-revolutionary New England and into the American Revolutionary War, some pork cuts (not those highly valued, or "high on the hog," like loin and ham) were packed into casks or barrels (also known as "butts") for storage and shipment.[2] The way the hog shoulder was cut in the Boston area became known in other regions as "Boston butt". In the UK it is known as "pork hand and spring", or simply "pork hand".

My late daddy was from OK, and used that phrase a lot.

Umm... Today's the 4th, and there's the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th - I make that SIX days before the 10th. If we count half of today left and half of the 10th (assuming we want to hit 20K ON the 10th, not before), it's still six days, or just a hair over 52 posts per day.
