Bacon and Velveeta are like nuts to squirrels......

Even if you already have plenty, one more is always welcome.

Otis knows a rat when he sees one...and he saw one there!

Yeah, I don't know what happened to her tail... She appears to be blind in her eye on the other side, so it may just be old age, or maybe her roommate the Tree Kangaroo got tired of her digging in his flower pots!

Remember, if she goes totally blind...Otis has that giant fund for little blind orphan squirrels! Otis says you can put in a request for assistance and in a year or two he will get back with you!

Being blind never discourages a determined squirrel!

Ah, that's because he's a she

The guys... Well, found an older picture in the archives. This bloke is a Namibian cousin.

You could probably say he's reasonably well endowed considering he bloody sits on it, don't you think? The sand can reach 70C/160F, too.

Otis shouldn't be so quick to judge.

Today the cafeteria at work offered baked potatoes filled with chicken and bacon for lunch. Good. It was the bacon that made it good.

The best thing about bacon...it never "tastes just like chicken".

Do we have any information on ground squirrels wearing codpieces?

The bacon tasted like bacon and the chicken was nondescript, or is that indescribable. Bacon is good but chicken I avoid as much as possible. I would rather eat beef, pork, lamb, duck, venison, goose, turkey, fish - uncooked, fish - cooked, squid, even peas.

Even a healthy dose of melted Velveeta doesn't do much for chicken, does it?

Maybe he's already wearing one - the whole point of the padded codpiece is to look better endowed! It would be hard to tell with all the fur...

I have never seen Velveeta. The description of it sounds like either Coon 'cheese', which would melt at room temperature between when my mother made the sandwiches and when I ate them at lunch time at school. They were equally bad, almost, as sheeps brains sandwiches at school.

But we had a soap called Velvet, described as 'pure soap'. Your (many people's, descriptions of Velveeta sound like that too.

Your Coon "cheese" description is pretty close for texture, but as to taste; Velveeta has a very faint taste of American cheese with undertones of burnt plastic.

Mod disclaimer: this thread has turned into a humorous discussion and it no longer reflects facts about the Pentax K-3 DSLR. Enter and post at your own risk, and have fun!
