Hey ... that's right. It's Turkey Day in the States ... I sometimes forget these things here in France.

But, we will be celebrating a belated Thanksgiving with a group of ex-pat Americans on Sunday

I'm not a loyal follower here, I just sort of drift in and out looking for gourmet ideas with Velveeta and trying to make sense out of what seems impossible to make sense of?

On this day of Thanksgiving when everyone is supposed to be in a good and sharing mood

.....can someone tell me about this "Shirley" I see so often?

And what about that "hoc" guy? Who is he and what has he done? In the future I'll try to pay better attention.
