Here's my version:
That looks like Velveeta, and looks delicious!

I made broccoli and bacon casserole last night, and it called for 1/2 pound of Velveeta.....so I used a whole pound and it was superb.....I doubled the bacon too.....and put in two sprigs of broccoli to keep it healthy. I think Mrs Rupert got them...I never saw a one.

OK ... well, I was not going to mention this, but enough is enough ... !

" US " states for United States ... and that's very ego-centric ... you know that there is a world outside of "US" ... eh ?!

But I was quoting Norm, when he said "meaningful discussions R US". Maybe he was being sarcastic about the meaningful discussions of his southern neighbors?

We've heard rumors to that effect, but are required by law to ignore them.

EDIT: Can I change my answer to: "that's just something parents tell their children to scare them into behaving?"

Okay, now we have a definative answer.
According to member jpzk, the gravy always goes on last, allowing the curds to melt just a little.

It's amazing what you can learn here!

Unlike those other threads where people insult each other then the thread gets sent to the chair! Looks like another one bit the dust today!
This thread on the other hand is the refuge of all things bacon and squirrel!

Now I want poutine... do you guys know how bad that stuff is for you. A small amount has like 4 times your daily requirement of salt. Why is it stuff like that always tastes so much better than soy beans and stuff?

One of my canoeing buddies will spend his whole 10 day trip , fantasizing about the meal of poutine he's going to have when he gets out. For the rest of us it's cold beer. For him, it's poutine.

I'd call it more of a mercy killing than execution.

If we could try it out both ways and see which was better.... all in the interest of science of course.
