Now that's a great idea.

Of course! Can we do it Mythbusters-style, where the experiment isn't complete until something explodes?

Go ahead, Norm. We won't rat you out to Tess. (For a small fee, that is.)

Okay, so technically cheese curds aren't cheese, but they're closer to it than Velveeta is.

I would say some grades of motor oil are less like cheese than Velveeta. Plastics, however, are definitely cheesier - especially those used by certain eastern eBay sellers.

Well, maybe if you're talking unused motor oil. But after having run a few thousand miles it is definitely more cheesy than Velveeta.

And it is preferable as a nutrient as well.

If used motor oil is better for you than Velveeta, why won't they let you dump it behind the garage anymore? Or will I get in more trouble if I dump the Velveeta??

Now just a bad memory! Unfortunately the negative waves will just move on to some other poor thread.

P.S. Poutine sounds very much like a song Ted Nugent used to sing in the 70s which I can't repeat here! but if someone can rewrite the toon... (hint hint)

It's just a bad part of town. I try to stay away from there. Hopefully, when they have a real camera to talk about, the bad element will be muffled by actual productive threads. I much prefer to hang out here, where I *am* the bad element.

I was going to give this a go, but....
As much as I've always wanted to try poutine, I had never heard the word pronounced, so I Googled:
"In Quebec, where poutine is from, we pronounce it pou-tin or pu-tsin"

For some reason, wang dang it, I lost my desire to sample it or to rhyme it.

Fine. Ted only bothered to write two verses anyhow, and he used the course in one of them.

(wing ding sweet poutine)
(wing ding sweet poutine)

Wing ding what a sweet poutine
It's a diner queen if you know what I mean
What I like

Squeeky cheese got me down on my knees
It's gonna squeeze all my arteries
It's all right

(wing ding sweet poutine)
(wing ding sweet poutine)

What a surprise when you realize
The gravy lies all over the fries
What a mess

It's so sweet, tho' there ain't any meat
Down on the street you know it can't be beat
s'good, I guess

Dream on. Not all threads can be like this one.

THE bad element??

Besides, there are no bad elements. We need them all.

PS: Thanks a lot, Joel. When it rains, the phone switch occasionally decides to call 911 from my number (I don't even have a handset on that line any more). It rained all yesterday and last night, so I had a young female police officer knocking on my door as I was blasting 'Wang Dang Sweet...' on my speakers.

A member OF the bad element, if you prefer. But not all of it, no.

I have very little use for Ununseptium (UUS), since it only exists for a few microseconds at a time, and it seems to think it's more U than US.

How about that green HG one... do we need that one? Or #103 labelled Lr. I use Aperture, I don't need LR. Shirley, we could get along without that one?
