When Rupert posted that picture this morning, he set still life photography back at least a couple hundred year, this thread is living proof.

Doin' my best to walk in the steps of Otis Squirrel! He's done for this Forum what my photography has done for "art".......not much to brag about!
Still, we are here occupying space...sort of like this entire thread!

BTW Norm, it was your fine knife shot that had Otis inspire me to post my own new knife. I did credit that your shot was much better than mine...and your knife too....but my cheese beat your cheese!

Regards!

I prefer the Aldi brand over Kraft....I've tried them both and the Clancy's has a better flavor to me.....and saves a little over a $ dollar too!

Either way, it's Good Eatin'!!!

Ya, at least 8 hours. Check my post count for yesterday. The weather was so baad, everything I saw my only thought was, "I want to come back and photograph that on a nicer day."

It's the lunch plate size. My folks gave me two similar ones (two blue pinstripes instead of three) when I went to college, and I've never been able to find more pieces in that exact design. My salad and dinner plates have a grape leaf motif between the pinstripes; I'd rather they were the simple "diner" style, but it's not worth replacing.

It's a genuine DISPOZ-O steak knife! The only plasticware knife I've seen that can actually be used to cut up your food, instead of mash it to pieces.

That guy and others like him are better for UTIs.

I found the 'security' plastic cutlery United used on flights to Australia was so much better than the wimpy plastic stuff used by SQ and NZ. SQ and NZ cutlery bend cutting the food their food service people provided. The United ones were tough enough to cut the food they provided - which was tougher.
