Frustrated with the Velveeta attacks.....I finally resorted to asking Otis to "unleash the squirrels" in this thread in defense of fabulous Velveeta.

He replied....." I'd help you with most anything, you know I would, and I'd sacrifice a thousand squirrels on your behalf.......but I can't do a thing for you in defense of Velveeta.....Ive got my reputation to think of."

When I went to LA last week I even saw some velveeta, in a box, in Walmart. There is such a thing.

I left it there for some other hungry desperate person to buy. I bought some Tabasco Pepper Jelly.

The mistake there is squeezing that stuff onto something, which is inefficient. You squeeze it directly into the mouth.

I was lucky, the grates and burners were fine, had to replace the flavorizer bars and ignition.
The wood looked rough, but cleaned up and took stain nicely.
Total for grill and parts was about $100.

Velveeta is real cheese .....but Tabasco is not real pepper. It is more like medium ketchup that is watery.

Well, no and yes sort of. No to the Velveeta part. Tabasco is a pepper but only by scientific definition.
Believe it or not, some people in these parts refer to ketchup as "hot sauce".
