Gentlemen.......

The one factor no one has really addressed in squirrel defense.......Mass Production. I have seen it here for years. When a hawk or a snake gets a squirrel dinner, the entire clan takes it as a sign for a mass orgy, producing 10-20-30 times more squirrels that the one lost.

Of course, this leads to a shortage of the food supply, so they then have to learn to eat whatever is available.....snakes, hawk eggs, owl eggs........and even your pet Fido.

BBC NEWS | Europe | Russian squirrel pack 'kills dog'

Whatever it takes, they intend to be the "last man standing" when the apocalypse comes, and if I was a gambler, I'd bet on the squirrels.

I can't show the follow-up video where the Squirrel Army finished off the poor doggie and made a doggie casserole....it was too painful to post......

BTW
- Otis is thrilled that this thread has been "Squirrel Hijacked!" If he had his way PF would be 100% squirrel oriented.

I like squirrels, but there is a limit.......if that happened, I might have to switch to Canon or Nikon. You too?

Do you mean ZoeB, up in Tromsų? She dropped by a couple days ago, during the scotch discussion.

She's probably been busy building an interdimensional flux capacitor deathray for finals. She is a Fizzicks student, after all.

Well, in my course I am blessed with a ≈ 90:10 ratio towards the opposite gender, and I will not comment on anyone's looks for fear of being accused of misogyny Maybe I should switch degrees and do Fizzicks instead? Or maybe Scandinavian students are all fair, and I should just take your word for it and move over there? I am currently applying for an MSc in Trondheim, that's probably a good first step

Should not be weather related. Seems pretty decent for up there.
