He's probably immune to the effects of Velveeta, as well.

Is beer still a beverage if you mix it with kerosene?
No, but if you add a little cheddar cheese and can keep the whole mess from exploding, guess what Kraft product you end up with?

When I was a kid, before Hamburger Helper, my mother found (or was given) a recipe for what was basically Hamburger Helper from scratch.
She missed the line in the recipe that said to boil the macaroni first.
We ate bologna sandwiches that night instead.
You made me laugh.

I hear Otis is looking to hire a real photographer.......work for Otis and you will never have to worry about NSFW again, I guarantee!

I have three old customers that plant okra every year just for me...and I eat all I can get! I like it any way it is cooked...or not cooked. It is also wonderful stuffed with Velveeta! I stuffed it once with Potted Meat, but it wasn't all that good....but at least I tried it!

I do too...very mixed memories...WATFIV (sometimes referred to as "Wat For V" with the code and data written on keypunch cards and run in batch on the campus mainframe. Not fun.

Didn't know okra is such a superfood.

What do you want to bet it has to be in the boiled, slimy form (blech), not the yummy fried or gumbo forms to be a "superfood"?

Maybe...maybe not? I used to enjoy making my kids eat boiled okra for the benefit it had of causing Mrs Rupert to leave the table. To me, it's all good! .....but, fried with a corn meal batter is my favorite.

Boiled isn't my favorite, but I don't mind it.
