Guidance Counselor Jim.

I'm only trying to help.

But first, foremost and always I am just another member of this wonderfully diverse group of people who are brought together by our love of photography and Pentax cameras and lenses.

My doctor has a Pentax camera. It looks like this one:

Nifty little camera. I told him I'd like to borrow it to have a look inside the combustion chambers in my race car's engine.

He didn't think that was such a great idea.

I just don't know why. Much easier than pulling the cylinder head.

What does a 'Guidance Counselor' do anyway? (Except counsel Rupert-types obviously)

I wont buy a 3K since I have to save up 2K for Weber's latest combo grill/smoker.

I think, among other records, this thread can now claim to be the most mod-heavy thread on the forum.

Job? Yes, that would be nice. If I had one, I would not be stalking the neighbor's trash cans. I do manage some productive activities, though only when pressed.

I think Adam offered to make me a mod a month or so ago, but then maybe changed his mind. I think perhaps my nasty button gets pushed a bit too often. Do they have a category for "also ran"?

I stole the idea of a unique title from Ash. Kinda hoped it might present a kinder, more easy going persona.

So you have standard moderator powers and duties, just with a nicer title?

Don't the "bad" neighborhoods usually have the heaviest police presence?

I can't even comment on that without getting in trouble.

I have my helper clearing the back section of the Woods of Otis...it's thick out there. I have warned him to watch for snakes, but he says he is more worried about "all those damn squirrels." Can't say I blame him.

Well, yes; but so do the donut shops.

I tried that once. Wanted to look down the vent ducts to find a blockage. My doctor / friend simply said "No!". Can't imagine why?

Nice. That's a real deep model. Here by us they sell the extra ring to convert a standard kettle to a smoker.
