A friend of mine worked at a truck stop as a teen.
Trying to strike up a conversation with a cute female truck driver he asked:
"How do you like your Peterbilt?"
I can't give her answer here, but I can tell you the color his face turned, dark red.
I thought it was ... "Old truckers never die ... they just get a new Peterbilt !"

Sort of slowed down here.....Otis says maybe a topless girly will energize the place? I don't think Otis understands that his liking naked human girls does not mean we like naked girly squirrels the same.......of course, strange as it is here, I could be wrong?

She is a cutie!
Shouldn't this be marked NSFW?

She was of age, I personally checked her ID. Otis said it is safe enough since no one here actually works. I disputed that, but you know how Otis is......

I do offer up my apology for the filth I started with Otis' question yesterday. Some others might do the same.....

This is one that shouldn't go sideways into the gutter....he just asked it his afternoon ...

Is there a difference in tone when the fat lady sings vs an obese lady that sings......if they are identical twins?

The world will never know, because if either of them sings, it's all over.

Well! You know you have too much work when you're working on a Friday evening at 22h25! Make that 23h57!

I ran across an old friend yesterday, he used to do a lot of welding for me years ago. He was with his wife and they were doing lawn mowing/ maintenance on a neighbors lawn. He looked good... a little slow and stiff, but healthy and mobile. He is 87 years old. He is fairly wealthy, so it is not for the money. He said he missed work so much that he had to get back to it. I can relate to that...and if I could I'd be under a house right now in the slime and dirt. Years of feeling like you are accomplishing something cannot be replaced by free time and money.

So how long do you want to work?

Regards!

Sitting at a desk, paying the bills? Not one minute longer than I have to. Now, if I find that 2nd career "do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life" job, I'll be busy, but I won't be "working".

My folks are in their early 80s, and at least a couple days a week, they deliver MealsOnWheels to the "old folks" - some of whom are younger than they are!

Me too.
I had been drinking gin and bourbon.
It was 4:00 p.m. the next day before I was sure I was going to live.
It was the morning after that before I was sure I wanted to.

Got in a "crazy contest" once where we mixed bourbon and white Sauterne 50/50. I was suicidal but too damn sick to do the deed. It was worse than eating a bushel of green persimmons......Yep, ate some of those once too in another crazy contest.

Doesn't take many times of toilet hugging to gain some damn sense.

Today's question is "what's the difference between an event occurring in broad daylight vs narrow daylight?"
The first can be shot at ISO 100, the latter may require ISO 400 to 800.

Also, narrow daylight fits better through the slits in double-slit experiments, making physicists scratch their head and question the validity of wave-particle duality.
