I got behind a windmill blade convoy last year like that long string of cargo. I did a drawing of it and how I passed it in my little TT. Your photo brought back memories of Mrs Rupert screaming ..."You're going too fast!"

I had a lot of offers on that drawing, but donated it for charity...I think it is in a Fine Art Museum in Paris, if I am not mistaken?

Regards!

Thanks for the 'like' Racer, but I didn't deserve it; I pinched the pic from the web, just to show you how we carry freight in outback Oz. Similar 'road trains' are used for cattle.

Killer burger!

Speaking of cheese, there's a major glut here in the USA.
" the country's inventory of cheese is 1.2 billion pounds, the largest in 30 years."

So my fellow Americans, lets get with it !

Reminds me of my first tro-tro drive when I arrived in Ghana. We were stuck in traffic on a 4-lanes-per-side highway in Accra, with both sides just divided by the odd traffic cone. The driver decided something had to be done, so he simply crossed the four lanes of the opposite side by driving right through the oncoming traffic (with everyone in our tro screaming), then sped along the embankment at a 30° angle for about a minute, then went back up, crossed the oncoming traffic again and rejoined our side of the road.

Later that day he crashed our car into the oncoming traffic when trying to go around a pothole ...

Count me in! I'm gonna buy four extra boxes of Velveeta today on top of the two I already have! God bless that 100 year shelf life!

Congratulations, Mr F.

If Mr Fox is going to be a neuroscientist, maybe he can study what makes seemingly normal people eat lutefish? I'd be interested in those findings.

As a plumber, I know what "doesn't run uphill"...and lutefish is in that category.

Fantastic! I called Otis over to take a look...he is so excited! He asked if you were there when the one on the right was born...hatched...whatever?

He wanted to make certain you get this list and follow it carefully, remember, he is an expert on little orphan care.

* Plenty of sunlight...they need their vitamin D.
*Distilled water...not too much and not too little...no alcohol until they are at least 3 months old. (these prefer Tequila!)
*Some special food for their young bodies to grow strong and healthy....available online if you need some.
*No cigarette butts in their little crib. No smoking anywhere near them.
*Reading them some Rupert stories helps calm their little nerves and will quickly put them to sleep.
*A little soft lullaby just as you tuck them in for the night assures a sound sleep.

That's a big responsibility and requires some of your time, but at least they don't need diaper changing!

Regards!

EDIT: I just called Mrs Rupert back to look at the little babies. She said....."I was busy, and you called me back for this???"

I can see why Otis does not care for Mrs Rupert.

Speaking of bacon, here in Missouri we eat 60% more than the national average.
Texas eats only 19% more, so get with it all you Texans!

This Map Shows How Bacon-Obsessed Each State Is
We eat more Velveeta....that should count for something?

Let's make it up to young Bert and send him on an expenses paid vacation to Nebraska! I can envision a private jet to pick him up...one with bacon wrapped seats!

Regards!

Otis has been all through the Woods of Otis announcing the births and handing out cigars!

He wants to know if you have a Doctor on retainer in case there are any childhood medical problems that may arise? He found this Doc in your area and requests that you contact him right away.

For a moment I was thinking Washington sucked with respect to bacon.

Seattle is the birthplace of baconnaise - a bacon-flavored brand of mayonnaise that contains no actual bacon.

At least my state isn't Hawaii.

This state is at the bottom of our bacon popularity chart. Perhaps everyone’s too busy enjoying the great seafood?

And definitely better than Kansas Dorothy.

That's the can the plants come in. There's a pop-top on the bottom (I guess that would make it a pop-bottom) that you pop open for drainage, and a pull ring top (like a tuna can) to open it. You add water until it drains out the bottom and put the plastic cover on the bottom.

The one that's growing is the Scorpion and the Ghost Pepper is germinating. I haven't opened the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion yet.
