OMG! It hurts so bad to even think what those aliens might do to me!

I'd turn to drugs too...but not for love!

Something different after Rupert's "Use The Sauce" moment...

The swimming team of the University of Lousville getting bored at the airport:

I'm betting that you'll rather enjoy the operation.

I dunno....??? What's she going to do with that gun? I'm kind of touchy right now about any "objects".

For the grillers out there.
I fired up my 1999 redhead yesterday to spin a chicken for dinner.

Done in one hour using lump charcoal.

Sounds delicious! For tonight, I made my famous broccoli/cheddar/chicken soup from scratch. Everything fresh. The secret to the delicious flavor is in the roux. If that is right, everything else is easy.

Gotta stay with soft stuff until I can get some repair work done on my bunger.

Another day of being a kinder, gentler Rupert....this is getting boring......but......I can't let Otis win the bet. If he wins he gets my house and I get his penthouse in the big oak...and I can't even climb a little step ladder. His place is fancy and spotless.....he has lovely maids that clean it four times a day after his massage therapy sessions....but it is a little small for me.

I could have said "bunghole" but someone would complain of "inappropriate" language and I'd be moving out of my house and Otis would be moving in.

Just a question directed at no one in particular......How would you feel if someone was monitoring every post you made and looking at it with a microscope to see if they could find an infraction? If ten people "Liked" your post but one complained then someone went with the one and got all bent out of shape and declared you a misfit of society? ....just wondering?

Anyhow, my little Audi is in the shop for repairs from that truck tire in the road incident on our trip to Oregon. It should be pure mint when it comes out...soon I hope. I had them send off all four wheels for complete reconditioning and they will be like new. Insurance was paying for two anyhow so it was only a few hundred $$ extra to get them all done....and I made a deal that will get them done for free.
Most of the cosmetic damage was minor and not noticeable to any great extent. The A/C condenser was slightly damaged so they are replacing it and that was the most major mechanical damage.

I have been using the same dealer shop for 20 years and they do good work...but are a little slow. It's a long story, but Mrs Rupert once put her Jeep Cherokee in on a Tuesday for a minor rear fender repair and was told it would be out Friday. It was out on a Friday....90 days later! They couldn't match the paint, though they had matched it perfectly just a few months prior on a front fender.
The CEO finally got involved and they ended up painting the entire car and installing all new trim....all at no charge to her. I have a damn good lawyer (my Mom's) and one little one page letter got 'er done. Lawyers are evil people....sometimes.

She promptly gave the Cherokee to our oldest grandson for his high school graduation ..it was like brand new!

He loaded it up and was off to college...where it lasted him until graduation.

Regards!

A bung is a stopper for closing a hole in a container. Most commonly referring to a cask of beer, wine, or spirits. It would follow, then, that a bunghole would be the hole in said casks.
Hardly anything inappropriate there.
