This has been the case for most of my working days. Beginning with the apprenticeship I served at the electric utility, my annual income has always been at par of higher than my family practice doctor.

And I never had any student loans to pay back.

In Australia I once saw my GPs tax paperwork. His tax was more than my gross income.

No, you see empty beer bottles. The beer is on its way to the diapers.

We already ate it.

It is also headed for the diapers.

Enough of that. Us parents are getting visions of what comes next and the actions needed following that.

Actually the FAA ruled the cause to be an intentional crash by the pilot.

There was some suspicion regarding the hydraulic control system for the rudder, but no conclusive evidence was ever found to support that.
A problem of early cause reporting in the media. It is almost never a story when the investigation reports years later. Something else makes the news of the day and there are no dramatic pictures.

No. But 100,000 would be nice to bag on our way to 1,000,000. I've heard that our Founding Father will reappear once we reach 1,000,000. Well, maybe I haven't, but now you have heard it.

I got a pair of vise grips that way

we'd had a major flood and it was walk in a couple of three miles or jump a missing bridge
it was a small void and their truck so off I went
several hours later I had to get out so I jumped it again

one of the shocks sheared off

anyway after the inevitable questions and the appropriate lies my rig was made as good as new...kinda

a rear tire ended up with the sidewall ripped apart

as i'm changing the tire I found the mechanic had clamped parts together with the grips and welded the whole mess together

a few well placed thumps with a mallet and I had a new-to-me wrench and a good story
When i bought my house i was doing work in the bathroom that required opening up the floor to access plumbing, i found a really nice fiberglass framing hammer , a good screwdriver and a pack of Export A cigarettes without filters, kept the tools tossed the desiccated smokes (I still smoked then but not that desperate)

Found more tools inside the wall when i was running central vac pipes; not only did he do a crap job on the reno he lost all his tools lol

I've been thinking (scary I know) maybe we need a secret handshake, or hand sign, so if we ever run into each other on the street we will know.
Maybe something like this:
