How dare you suggest that. Meatloaf is a bloke. I remember him singing songs when I was young. He sweat a lot while doing the singing but did not move and jump much.

He sweated and he moved, but you're right - he didn't jump much. Still... Two out of three ain't bad

FYI: In case anyone does not know. Dean Martin always appeared to be half-drunk. On his TV program he always had a martini and seemed just barely sober enough to get through a song without forgetting the lyrics. In truth he never, never drank alcohol. His father had died early because of alcoholism, and Dean swore off the fluid when very young. However, the lounge-lizard image was useful for his frequent shows in Las Vegas, so he maintained the fiction of being a souse.

Speaking of bacon, guess I'm taking up someone's slack with four meals in a row.
Breakfast yesterday, on an egg McBob.
Lunch, one slice crumbled on my salad.
Dinner, 3 slices on a BLT.
Breakfast this morning, one slice with my waffles.

In my best Johnny Carson voice - I did not know that.
He was a true entertainer. He could sing, act, and do comedy (sometimes all at the same time) as well as anyone.

I haven't been a "car guy" for years, but the new Cabriolet has caught my eye.
Too bad my son isn't still a mechanic for Mercedes Benz, bet he could have got me a decent discount.
As if I could afford one even then.

Why would you buy a car from a company that cannot spell "compressor"?

I was at the Doc's office Monday and while waiting in the little exam room, there was a big plastic model of various stages of clogged arteries that caught my attention.....

Could be wrong, but that looks more like Velveeta in those arteries than bacon?

Regards!

Moral of the story: Don't eat Velveeta.

Wait a minute Racer......now a 72oz steak is weighing in at 4 pounds? That's a rip-off!

72oz. That's 2kg, give or take. I don't think I'll manage that.

Canadian math, eh?
OK, at 16 ounces tot he pound 72 ounces is 4.5 pounds.

But.

72 ounces is 4.937 pounds (avoirdupois).

And 72 ounces is 2.239 kilograms, eh?

So shut up and eat your steak.

Incomplete.

It fails to list Bob's home smoked bacon.

Bacon that has no equal.
