It's true that we have a penchant for sticking words together right away rather than connecting them with 'of's and 'and's. Many moderately long ones are in daily use, others, while perfectly valid, are more of a curiosity. The longest one I'm aware of that actually exists (rather than just having been made up for shits and giggles) is Rinderkennzeichnungs- und Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz. It was a German state law from 1999 to 2013, and literally means Cattle marking and beef labeling supervision duties delegation law.
