What's everyone favourite sauce? Homemade sauces excluded, if you were only allowed to have one sauce ever - what would it be?

That's an easy one.
Tabasco.
I buy it in 12oz bottles instead of the more common 2oz bottles.

We visited the place where Tabasco was invented, where it is still exclusively made. If you're along the Gulf Coast, it's worth a visit.

Avery Island, Louisiana

Every time there is a hurricane predicted to hit Louisiana, I worry about all of the folks in danger

( and the source of my Tabasco Sauce as well )

Tabasco Sauce is my favorite sauce

if I was ever in the area, I would check it out and this photographic opportunity:

Jungle Gardens
Avery Island's beautiful 170-acre garden with semitropical foliage, abundant wildlife and a centuries-old Buddha statue.

Have you been there? Being wealthy, money was spent making a "place" and collecting things that hopefully no one else has, including a a statue that was allegedly illegally smuggled out of China.

No

I've been to New Orleans twice for the food, the battlefield and Jazz, avoided the tourist areas of the French Quarter as much as possible

I'd need 4 or 5 of those for one MRE.
