Probably not to Wangaratta; they would have to truck it in and then truck it out!
This is the size that is more common here; (plus an odd corporate commuter).

Size matters.

With food I am less impressed by size per unit than the quality.

And size makes very little difference when buying by weight.

So then your selection criteria are different than mine.

I want the vendors to provide us both the choice of buying our preferred type. BTW, sometimes I do eat salad with tomatoes, for which I want salad style tomatoes.

Boeing 777X folding wingtips - YouTube

Fits at the gate better. Although the back out and get going procedure will be delayed while they fold it back down.

I had a different idea to make the airport smaller and less walking.
Have a small number of gates.
Load the baggage and the other stuff somewhere else at the airport, in the workers' only areas.
When ready to board the people drive up to a popup gangway location.
Popup the gangway.
Load the people, already in the holding area, so they can verify all the baggage and people match.
Lower the gangway.
Drive on forwards - just like a bus stop.

In the US that would make the plane loading process just like everything else in the airport - emulate the country bus stop feel.

I suppose I should have given a pronunciation for this.

It is ta (the a sounds like ah) ma (the a here sound like a) ta (again, like the first one ah).
As in /təˈmeɪtə/?

I say /təˈmeɪtoʊ/ - or maybe more /təˈmeɪtəʊ/.

Or as you said - just eat the damned thing!

The wingtips fold up or down whilst the aircraft is taxiing to or from the gate.

With a larger than usual wingspan folding tips eliminates the need for making changes to airport ramps. It also allows for the use of the new planes at all existing airports, unlike the A380, which is limited to only the few terminals that have gates wide enough to accommodate it.

I'm disappointed. I was hoping they could be flapped like birds' wings during flight

Looks like Boeing envisions more radical folding wings than that, though.

...but "Sugar Volt"?

No, it's an envisioned electric aircraft. I suspect it would be rather too big for aircraft carriers (although I haven't checked the dimensions of the Sugar Baby. Errr, Sugar Jolt. Volt.)

Thus far the 787 with composite wings is the only airliner that does that. I saw a video of the first flight, and as the pilot was maneuvering through various turns the wings appeared to “flap” much like a bird. They flex quite a bit more that metal wings.

Amazing how flexible aircraft are, even the all metal ones.
