Yeah, totally unlike the previous 10 where you had time to blink, like, twice!

Easy peasy when you can cool off in the snow afterwards
No need for the snow, a cool lake will do just fine

But at least now you do not need to waste time learning the definition of 'blink'.

Now that sounds too cold for me! I prefer the light powdery snow you get in -10 to -20C.

The worst, though, is an icy crust on the snow. So easy to cut oneself, and in bad places if you aren't careful!

My commute this morning was by a fully electric bus. Quite a lot less noisy than the diesel monsters, and it also felt like it had more torque. 18m/60ft long, so it has good capacity. They're just testing a handful of them for now to see how (im)practical the charging is, the actual driving distance on one charge in a hilly city in winter temperatures etc. Interesting times.

And, as you see, it's not mirrorless. Just like a Pentax.

It's hard to tell if it's coming or going.
Was there a plugin to charge your electronics?

If nothing else there's a good indication to look at which side of the road it is

Of course. That's the norm for all public transport these days, isn't it? Even the small ferry boats going out to "our" little island have USB plugs now.

We used to call those bendy buses, when they had engines in them.

Electric, by nature, tends to offer more torque than ICE, and that is part of the enablement of the high acceleration that is possible.

Can't remember the last time I was on any sort of public transport, so I'm behind the times yet again.

Trains?

Buses too. But they rely on being connected to the grid.
