actually I think Racer was talking about how long to work off the calories - 40 miles of cycling

Arsene Wenger has decided to retire from his job at Arsenal.


Guess he has nowhere else to go when he is named after his soon to be former employer.

Easy enough to do 40 miles, going for 80 miles my knees usually start to complain around the 70 mile mark.
Did 102 once, not doing that again...
