I do eat a sizable amount of fruits and vegetables.

But I also consume meat, fish, pork, poultry, beef, mutton.

[ a lot of us live in AC, drive cars with AC, work in AC, so no chance for our bodies to get adjusted gradually to the usual increase of heat/humidity as opposed to when we were kids and if without AC got used to it over time. it can really take a toll on you. If you are outside and thirsty, you are behind the curve, keep hydrated ( and this does not mean coffee/alcoholic beverages ) ]
